Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) has launched X1 DVR with cloud technology and live in-home streaming TV to new Xfinity TV customers in southern Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. The technology was also recently launched in northern Delaware. Comcast plans to roll the service out to additional markets throughout the year.
