Imagine Communications has signed a distribution agreement with Tech Data (NASDAQ:TECD). Tech Data will distribute Imagine's portfolio to its North American network of resellers, with the intention to expand internationally.

The agreement gives Tech Data's channel of solution providers access to Imagine's Enterprise Business Software, Playout Automation and Networking solutions, with a focus on routing, signaling, processing, compression, digital signage, and test and measurement products.
