    SeaChange International (NASDAQ:SEAC) has announced four additional certified partners for its Cloud Adrenalin multiscreen TV service, including Accedo, ATES Networks, Level 3 Communications (NYSE:LVLT) and Wurl. At the Cable Show, SeaChange demonstrated its open software-as-a-service offering with new-release studio and TV content from previously announced partner Deluxe OnDemand.
