At the Cable Show, ACCESS is showcasing a number of solutions for secured multiscreen and TV Everywhere services. Specific technologies being shown include support for the DLNA CVP-2 guidelines, CDN integration, and multiscreen media sharing for both home-network and cloud-based video delivery.
The company's NetFront Living Connect is a DLNA Technology Component solution intended to support DLNA standards on consumer electronic devices, as well as DLNA Premium Video Guidelines. The NetFront Browser is an embedded HTML5 browser designed to support HbbTV, Hybridcast, BML and Ginga. In CDN integration, ACCESS uses Alcatel-Lucent's Velocix CDN and offers a cloud video user experience, including content sharing across devices via a centralized HTML5 Remote User Interface (RUI).
