Mexican MSO Telecable plans to offer multiscreen over-the-top (OTT) services to more than 600,000 subscribers in Mexico using RGB Networks' CloudXtream solution. Telecable will use several other RGB products in the deployment as well, including the Video Multiprocessing Gateway (VMG), Transact Packager and Just-in-Time Packager.
