At TV Connect 2014 in London, Edgeware is demonstrating the latest software additions to its multiscreen Distributed Video Delivery Network (D-VDN) platform.

The company's Orbit Unified Server Software is designed to consolidate delivery of existing and on-demand services to both legacy set-top boxes (STBs) and new multiscreen devices. The latest version of Convoy Management Software for consolidated services is designed to enable operators to build their own content delivery networks (CDN) with cloud-based control using a software defined networking (SDN) approach.
