Inter, a cable operator in Venezuela, has chosen to partner with Verimatrix for two strategic initiatives as it expands its reach and competitive presence across Latin America. With its controlling stake in TuVes HD, Inter has invested in the expansion of the company's wholesale services platform for satellite TV distribution, which is secured by the Verimatrix Video Content Authority System (VCAS) for DVB. Inter has also selected VCAS to secure its DVB-C network and its transition to broadcast-hybrid service delivery.
