    Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) is installing free WiFi service in Walker Square Park on the south side of Milwaukee. The project is part of TWC's ongoing partnership with the League of United Latin American Citizens. LULAC is providing the wireless equipment, and TWC is providing the Internet service.
