At VidTrans 2014 in February in Washington, DC, Artel Video Systems will demonstrate its DigiLink media transport platform. The system is intended for transporting media across fiber, IP and optical networks. Technology demonstrations at the show will include video and Ethernet data over IP, integrated signal routing and JPEG2000 compression.

In addition, Artel will participate in the J2K Interop Plug Fest demonstration. The demonstration is designed to show that multiple vendors, including Artel, are in compliance with VSF Technical Recommendations VSF_TR-1 (Transport of JPEG2000 broadcast profile video in MPEG-2 TS over IP).
