Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) says its WiFi network in Charlotte, NC, now offers more than 1,700 hotspots available at no cost to Time Warner Cable customers with Standard Internet or above, and on a pay-as-you-go-basis to non-subscribers. The company launched the first phase of its WiFi network build-out in August 2012 with 200 hotspots.TWC WiFi deployment is also underway in Austin, Kansas City, Hawaii, southern California and New York City.
