RGB Unveils Cloud-Based Network DVR

RGB Networks has unveiled its its CloudXtream DVR, the company's next-generation, cloud-based DVR solution. It's intended as a turnkey approach to enable service providers to deploy an end-to-end nDVR solution in their own data center, hosted private cloud or public cloud.It uses RGB's Just-in-Time-Packaging (JITP) technology, which packages programs into the appropriate streaming protocol only when requested by a subscriber, and is designed to scale when needed to meet growing subscriber demand or spikes in usage.
