ARRIS (NASDAQ:ARRS) notched up deployment wins this week with WOW!, GCI and Netia. The WOW! and GCI deals involve ARRIS' E6000 Converged Edge Router (CER). Netia in Poland will be using ARRIS' C4 CMTS and HFC networking solutions.
