ATEME has made some enhancements to its product portfolio for High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) and 4K/UltraHD TV. Upgraded products include the TITAN Live Transcoder, Kyrion CM5000 encoder, Kyrion DR5000 IRD, Kyrion DR8400 IRD, and TITAN File Transcoder.ATEME's TITAN Live is a multi-channel/format, IP-based transcoder for multiscreen delivery of linear channels for traditional TV, mobile and web. It's designed to support ingest and processing of linear channels, including IP/compressed and SDI/uncompressed video inputs that can be combined in the same chassis. It's also designed to provide SDI inputs on an Intel platform within a blade server and now includes support of HEVC output for real-time transcoding up to HD resolution.
