ARRIS (NASDAQ:ARRS) announced two deployments of its APEX3000 edge QAM, with ZON in Portugal and Stofa in Denmark. The APEX3000 is designed to meet growing demand for narrowcast video, and also to serve as a bridge product for future rollouts of CCAP.
