    RGB Networks has announced a new partnership with Conax. The joint offering - integrating conditional access systems (CAS) and digital rights management (DRM) from Conax within RGB's TransAct Packager - Is intended to allow pay TV operators to deliver video content at any time and across any device, while guaranteeing that only paying viewers can access content. RGB will be showcasing the combined solution at IBC in Amsterdam.
