Clearleap will be debuting its multiscreen platform in Europe at IBC 2013 in Amsterdam. The platform is intended to simplify the logistics of managing, processing, and offering large video libraries on any screen.The platform comprises of two core components: ClearFlow and ClearPlay. ClearFlow is designed to reduce the complexity of ingesting, compiling and preparing video and metadata assets for delivery to any screen. ClearPlay is designed to enable management and monetization of TV services streamed directly to consumers on mobile devices, TV sets and the web.
