Optical Transport Market Up

According to the Dell'Oro Group, the total optical transport equipment market returned to a positive year-over-year growth rate in the second quarter of 2013 following five consecutive quarters of decline. The worldwide market, which totaled $3.5 billion in 2Q13, was up 8%, led by North America (+18%) and Asia Pacific (+13%).
