Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) Fiber has launched VUDU VOD service on its Fiber TV Box. The search giant has also updated its mobile app to support VUDU. Google Fiber also has Netflix and its own VOD library.In other Google Fiber news, the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation, on behalf of several local funders including Google Fiber and the Sprint Foundation, announced a new fund aimed at closing the digital divide in Kansas City. The Kansas City Digital Inclusion Fund is intended to support local nonprofits and community organizations to help Kansas City residents learn about and take full advantage of the Internet.
