Cable professionals' knowledge of IP issues will be put to the test when the SCTE hosts its third annual SCTE IP Challenge. The eight SCTE members who finish highest in the qualifying rounds will be eligible to move on to the live semifinals and finals at Cable-Tec Expo in October.
