The Canadian city of Edmonton, Alberta, and Shaw Communications (NYSE:SJR) announced that the Edmonton City Council has approved a proposed agreement to expand the Shaw Go WiFi network to public areas across the city. The build is scheduled to take place over the next two years, with new access points being installed continually throughout the period.
