    Triveni Digital announced GuideBuilder 5, the fifth generation of its metadata generation platform. The company will demonstrate it for the first time at the 2013 NAB Show in Las Vegas.GuideBuider 5 will be available in a variety of configurations, including integrated servers, software intended for use on customer-supplied servers, virtual machine (VM)-compatible software, and as a cloud-based managed service. It's designed to support ATSC PSIP, ATSC Mobile ESG, M-EAS and DVB SI in one system.The PSIP/SI/ESG generator is designed to produce program guides and metadata. Version 5 offers a simplified user interface, improved performance and integration with multiplexers, encoders, automation systems, traffic systems and listing services.
