Espial Taking HTML5 to London

Espial (TSX:ESP) will showcase a range of multiscreen video solutions at TV Connect in London, including the company's IP video delivery system and HTML5 set-top box client. The demonstrations will showcase a dynamic set-top HTML5 user experience with a VOD wall, EPG, and favorites as well as multiscreen capabilities such as placeshifting, promotions, and advertising.The Espial STB Client is a middleware, applications, and toolset solution designed for development and deployment of TV services on managed STB platforms. It leverages open Web standards such as HTML5 and is designed to support broadcast, IPTV, OTT, and hybrid configurations for cloud-centric user interfaces, application development, interactive content, and integrated Web and social applications.
