JDSU (NASDAQ:JDSU) announced StrataSync, a centralized way to manage and analyze data from thousands of deployed JDSU test instruments from the cloud. StrataSync is designed for improved network visibility and efficiency, as well as automated tracking, management and reporting of test instruments. It's also designed to provide technicians access to critical data when they're in the field, to facilitate firmware updates for test instruments, and provide centralized data warehousing and reporting.The system is expected to be available in March and will initially support JDSU test instruments including the DSAM, DSAM-6300, HST-3000, T-BERD/MTS-2000, T-BERD/MTS-5800, T-BERD/MTS-6000/6000A and the MTS-8000 products.
