Infinera Demos 8 Tbps in Japan

Infinera (NASDAQ:INFN), along with its Japanese partner Nissho Electronics, announced a successful demonstration of the Infinera DTN-X platform delivering 8 Terabits per second (Tbps) capacity using "super-channels" across 800 km of ITU-T G.653 dispersion shifted fiber (DSF).
