Google Sets KC Fiber Build Dates

Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) says the first Kansas City "fiberhood" to be built out will be Hanover Heights on the Kansas side of the Missouri River. The first fiberhood to get service on the Missouri side of the river will be Crown Center. The search engine giant plans to install Google Fiber for its first customer in Hanover Heights within the next few weeks, and in Crown Center and other Missouri side areas next spring.Google also released a tentative construction schedule, available at http://fiber.google.com/cities/kck/#header=check.
