D-Link Showcases Connected Home

D-Link is showcasing its latest product offerings in networking, cloud and home security solutions at the Cable Show in Boston this week. Solutions on display include the latest IPv6-ready DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem and gateway solutions, PowerLine routers, MoCA solutions, and a range of IP camera home-surveillance solutions designed to allow cable operators to expand their services beyond basic Internet connectivity.Service provider-specific surveillance security solutions include cube and bullet form factors, indoor and outdoor camera solutions offering day/night coverage, and support for iControl Networks' OpenHome software platform. D-Link's IP cameras include support for H.264 and MPEG4, local recording via a MicroSD slot, night vision surveillance monitoring, passive infrared sensor), WPS, and remote monitoring via iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
