CommScope Gears Up for the Cable Show

CommScope will showcase its complete portfolio, including its Universal Wideband Edge QAM solution during the Cable Show in Boston this month. The company will also demonstrate bandwidth-enhancing technology, intelligent networking, and energy conservation and management solutions.CommScope's Edge QAM solution is designed to deliver QAM channels that can be individually configured as any service, including DOCSIS, broadcast video, switched digital video (SDV), VOD or IPTV. It's designed to support higher bandwidth and next-generation services over HFC networks without the need for additional hardware or service disruptions, and also to reduce power consumption in headend/hub environments through consolidation of equipment.
