Sunrise Expands Testing for IPv6, VoIP

Sunrise Telecomannounced the addition of testing capabilities for IPv6, 10G SONET/SDH, VoIP, and copper to its RxT Smart Productivity Test Platform. New capabilities include:


  • IPv6 testing of layer 2/3 service activation tests


  • PDH/SDH/SONET testing up to 10G from DS-1/E-1 to STM-64/OC-192 in a single platform


  • SIP testing includeing a SIP phone client and packet capture application for basic end-to-end VoIP testing and analysis


  • Copper testing for testing basic functions
