For Expo, ATX Networks has upgraded its MAXNET II platform for both HFC and RFoG/PON deployments.With respect to HFC deployments, ATX is demonstrating its MAXNET II "Wire-once" F-connector-based platform that includes optical transmission and reception, narrowcast combining and return path splitting for up to 50 node segments in one rack.For RFoG/PON, ATX's MAXNET II RFoG/PON transceiver module has integrated all the distribution and receiving components required for service delivery to/from 128 ONU/Ts into one module so that a total of 1,280 ONU/Ts can be served from a 3RU platform.
