All Systems Broadband says its newly available High Density Multimedia Chassis (HDMC) enables service providers to supply multiple types of service connections, particularly in commercial applications, in a single chassis. Its port density scales as the subscriber base grows, the company asserts.

The chassis includes integrated cable management and multiple ground locations. It uses interchangeable panels with standard LGX dimensions. It can handle fiber connections such as LC and SC as well as copper connections such as RJ45 and F81 coaxial connectors. The HDMC also supports Multiple-fiber Push On (MPO) type connectors and is designed to work in wall-mount and 19-inch or 23-inch rack-mount environments.
