Calix: Calix DPx and the Intelligent Access EDGE Platform

Calix DPx software and Intelligent Access Edge platform enable cable operators to quickly and efficiently deploy fiber-to-the-premises 10G XGS-PON, giving their subscribers access to high speed symmetrical broadband services. The Calix software-driven access platform enables operators to deploy FTTP without modifying their DOCSIS back-end OSS and BSS. Combining the Intelligent Access Edge AXOS software and OLT systems (including the data center E9-2, cabinet-based E7-2, and remote OLT strand-mounted and sealed E3-2) with DPx software enables cable operators to deliver, provision, and ensure services leveraging XGS-PON—while continuing to use their existing DOCSIS operations support systems.
