Bluebird Network has completed a new fiber build in Wentzville, MO, as part of its previously announced St. Louis expansion. The fiber expansion is intended to enable Bluebird to provide local businesses with expanded capabilities and easy access to carrier-class network speeds and bandwidth.
Bluebird is focused on expanding its reach into underserved areas throughout the Midwest.
"With this project, our fantastic Bluebird team continues its mission to provide high-quality network and Internet service solutions that further enhances our ability to serve our customers," said Michael Morey, president and CEO of Bluebird. "We are excited to unveil continued network densification projects in the near future."
To date, Bluebird has built more than 6,500 fiber route miles in the Midwest. Bluebird Network provides fiber-based services in urban, rural and underserved areas, connecting rural communities to major hubs, to the Internet or to Bluebird Underground, the company's underground data center.
