Infonetics Research has ranked Infinera the No. 1 supplier in the North American terrestrial long-haul WDM transport and ROADM market in the third quarter of 2011. Infinera's market share results in the third quarter for North America were driven largely by cable companies, wholesale carriers and Internet content providers. European wholesale carriers and the submarine space contributed to the company's third quarter growth worldwide.
