New features include a simpler user interface and enhanced search functionality based on the company's QuickSet technology, which incorporates a regularly updated device code lookup tool.
In other Universal Electronics news, the company says its Technical Support Services Call Center has saved cable TV service providers some $15 million by reducing truck rolls by more than 300,000 (at an estimated savings of $50 per truck roll) and handling more than 30 million live and automated subscriber calls to date.
