Charter Renews Rovi Deal

Rovi (NASDAQ:ROVI) has renewed its patent license and interactive program guide (IPG) product agreement with Charter Communications (NASDAQ:CHTR). The license renewal extends Charter's IPG patent license. Under the terms of the agreement, Charter will also be able to license Rovi Search, Recommendations and Conversation Services, Rovi Metadata and Rovi Analytics.
