    SeaChange intros soup-to-nuts multiscreen portfolio
    Cable operator Layer3 TV has selected SeaChange International's (NASDAQ:SEAC) Nucleus video gateway software to deliver cloud-based services that combine multiscreen video delivery with social media. The service is intended to include whole-home DVR as well as the ability to search, stream and store TV programs, movies and personal video.

    Layer3 TV has also engaged SeaChange Professional Services for Nucleus integration and testing with its chosen 4K IP set-top.
