    Espial's (TSX:ESP) planned demonstrations at the IBC Show in Amsterdam will include an HTML5 UX and RDK Application Framework for DVB set-top boxes.

    Featuring the Espial STB Client, the demo will feature several user experience portals, core video and custom sports apps, and access to HTML5 Web apps such as YouTube. The client is intended to extend the capabilities of RDK with an application framework and user experience framework to provide a common application engine for MSOs.
