At the Connected TV Summit in London, RDK Management announced that the RDK now provides components for the Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) standard that is used throughout Europe and other parts of the world. The upgrade was made possible by contributions of software components from SeaChange International (NASDAQ:SEAC).
