At the Cable Show in Los Angeles, NAGRA will be showcasing its HTML5 connectware technology, OpenTV 5, including a commercial deployment with StarHub in Singapore. Features include VOD, PVR, and HTML-based applications.

The showcase will also highlight OpenTV 5's gateway capabilities with an implementation of the NAGRA HomEdge gateway. HomEdge is intended to enable the delivery of broadcast content to any IP-enabled device within the home with PVR features including remote booking. It also uses NAGRA's JoinIn reference architecture, NAGRA Media Player (NMP), and DECE-approved DRM solution, NAGRA MediaAccess PRM.
