FaulknerCox Communications announced that Kristine Faulkner, a veteran of more than 13 years at Cox, will lead the company's Home Security organization and direct future Smart Home product initiatives.As vice president and general manager of Home Security and Smart Home, Faulkner will oversee all related operational strategies, including marketing, sales and customer experience. She will also plan rollouts of Cox Home Security to additional markets and define the roadmap of advanced services to scale the Smart Home portfolio.
