Pennsylvania-based telecommunications provider Armstrong has chosen TiVo (NASDAQ:TIVO) for delivery of a multiscreen, combined linear, recorded, OTT, and VOD TV service throughout the operator's footprint in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky and Maryland.

The deployment will include TiVo's cloud-based service, the Pace MG1 whole-home gateway DVR and Pace MI3 IP STB client and TiVo Stream, as well as on TiVo's iOS and Android mobile applications. TiVo and Armstrong plan on an early 2015 launch.
