TiVo (NASDAQ:TIVO) has unveiled the biggest consumer DVR it has ever made, TiVo Mega. The whole-home capable, six-tuner box features 24 terabytes (TB) of recording space, the equivalent of some 26,000 hours of SD video.
TiVo Mega is expected to be available at retail in the first quarter of 2015. Final pricing is expected to be approximately $5,000, including product lifetime service.
