Midcontinent Communications customers can now access TV shows and movies from Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) through the same TiVo (NASDAQ:TIVO) set-top box used to watch live TV. Customers must subscribe separately to Midcontinent TiVo DVR service and Netflix.

The Netflix app will be fully integrated into the TiVo service distributed by Midcontinent. Midcontinent customers who also subscribe to Netflix will be able to access Netflix content directly on their TiVo boxes without having to change TV inputs or devices. A unified search feature will let users find and watch content across live TV, On Demand shows and other channels, including Netflix.
