At IBC in Amsterdam, TiVo (NASDAQ:TIVO) will debut a prototype of its Roamio cloud TV offering, which includes new features delivered with a network PVR. The TiVo Network PVR will use TiVo's cloud service and is designed to extend the TiVo Service and user experience while enabling consumers to find, consume and socially share cloud-delivered content.It's also designed to manage content rights, create multiple tiers of network PVR features, enable multiscreen policies that accelerate the critical transition to all IP video, and support targeted advertising in cloud hosted time-shifted content.
