Cogeco Cable (TSX:CCA) and Rovi (NASDAQ:ROVI) announced the launch of two new interactive applications, Cogeco Remote Recorder powered by Rovi TV Listings and TotalGuide xD. The apps are intended to provide Cogeco subs with access to the TV schedules on their set-top PVRs from web-enabled devices. Subscribers can use the apps to browse the TV listings, explore programs, find what to watch, and remotely schedule recordings for viewing at a later time and date.
