Agama Technologies and Zenterio announced a technology partnership to deliver a turnkey solution for last-mile and in-home video service quality assurance to joint TV operator customers worldwide. The partnership has already resulted in a new contract with a European operator group, with delivery scheduled for December.The integration of Agama's Embedded Monitoring Solution with Zenterio's software platform for interactive TV, Zenterio OS, is intended to allow TV operators to extend their Agama real-time 24/7 monitoring and QA into the subscribers' Zenterio powered devices within the home. It's designed to ensure service quality throughout video delivery chain, from the headend to the viewing device. Agama will demo the joint solution at IBC in Amsterdam.
