Sun Sets on Sunrise as VeEX Buys Assets

VeEX and Sunrise Telecom (OTC:SRTI) announced today that VeEX has closed on its acquisition of substantially all of the operating assets of Sunrise Telecom. The addition of the Sunrise Telecom operations is intended to help VeEX accelerate its growth and strengthen its presence in the cable and telecom markets.
