HeardDavid Heard, president of Communications Test and Measurement at JDSU (NASDAQ:JDSU), has been named to the board of directors for the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA). As a board member, Heard will contribute to the strategic direction, technology and market pursuits of the association over a two-year period. He will also advocate the interests of the TIA in telecommunications, government and international settings.
