July 12, 2012
At IBC 2012 in Amsterdam, Mariner will demonstrate its range of multiscreen video service monitoring solutions for service providers, including enhancements to its xVu service assurance solution and its frostt IP video management platform.Enhancements to Mariner's xVu include pre-integration with third-party probe manufacturers. xVu is designed to integrate into any middleware ecosystem. It's based on a service-oriented monitoring (SOM) approach that monitors the entire TV delivery chain, from the network's headend to the customer's set-top box. Through software-based interfaces, service providers can view subscribers' service performance to identify and isolate service issues.Mariner will also showcase its frostt IPTV application management platform, a scalable, open architecture solution designed to allow operators to deliver and monitor IPTV applications.
