According to ABI Research, the video analytics market is expected to grow by 21% year-over-year (YoY) in 2011, then drop to growth of 13.9% in 2012 and stabilize at near 11% YoY growth at the end of 2016. ABI expects business intelligence type video analytics to reach 38.4% market penetration and grow a little over 2.5 times from 2011 to 2016.
